Best Ab/hyperExtension bench for the money !
Best Ab/hyperextension ! I looked at all the choices out there and glad I kept searching this one came up after I looked at 20 to 25 benches . This one has the included bench which is a big PLUS . I almost bought the ones that were only a 45degree hyperextension back machine . With this not only can you do back and side hyperextensions with the included bench you can do Ab sit-ups and preacher curls also inclined push ups , So you get 5 exercises with this COMBO !! Very sturdy , well made ,and over the top packaging !! Seller responded very quickly w/ a problem I had w the large adjusting knob . ( I did not realize it was spring loaded .( I was unscrewing all the way out ! )

Top notch product
The product is heavy duty and well constructed. What really got my attention was how the manufacturer went to great lengths to make the assembly process easy. For example there were four of a certain size bolt to be used. The manufacturer had these four bagged separately with the matching washers and nuts already installed on the bolts. Other similar product come with a big scrambled bag of parts. The manufacturer also included two wrenches for assembly. When a manufacturer pays attention to these things it conveys the idea that they want the customer to have a good experience with their product. To the manufacturer - Well done! Since you are enclosing wrenches, why not include a hex key? Hex keys are very cheap, and this will give the customer all the necessary tools for assembly.

Pleasantly surprised...
For the low price, I wasn't expecting much. But after receiving and putting the ab bench together, I am surprised at the quality. It's much more sturdy than I expected. For the quality, I'd expect to pay more. Each part is individually wrapped for protection. The hardest part was unwrapping the parts for assembly. The assembly drawings could be a little better, but it is very easy to put together. My wife and I have used it and we love it. I weigh 195lbs and it has no problems supporting my weight.

Easy set up and great price!
This bench was a great purchase! I spent time reading reviews to make sure I was giving myself the best chance of putting it together correctly 😂 It took two people, a wrench and some sockets, pliers/vice grips, and about an hour and this thing was all set up! It’s lightweight and easy to move around which is great for our basement gym. The pads are comfortable and it is pretty sturdy for a $150 bench. Very happy with our purchase and would recommend this specific one if you have the few tools you need to make sure it’s safely put together.

Great bench
Quite easy to assemble. The only hard part was tightening the nut on some of the parts. The bench is a little wobbly but it’s not a big deal. I really like this bench bc it’s so versatile and you can do many exercises with it. Also delivery came super fast (only 3 days)!!

Close to being a great product. Just missed it
This would have been a great product but the way the pin and hole is designed is garbage! Soft metal causes wear after being on the bench quite a few times. Plus, since you have a single pin holding a middle beam with soft metal there is a wobble. So I’m laying there trying to do dumbbell flys and the bench is wobbling. Everything else is great! It’s very good for a decline sit-up bench and decline dumbbell press. I like the hyper back extension. But the soft metal and pin system for the primary support of the bench is garbage!

Glad I bought it
68 yr old male, 5'9", 205lbs. Fits me very well, no stability issues (though my practical mind says it needs a triangulating bottom brace). Stable and I have confidence in it. Use it so far for only back hyperextension (with holding a weight plate) and a reverse-crunch horizontal on the bench - a leg-raise with legs off the end of the bench, while holding the grips. Works really well. I was doing these on the floor - the bench engages more muscles. Have wanted a roman chair for some time. Now I have more than that. Good purchase, good addition to my home exercise stuff.

Sturdy, Stable & Capable
1) First, let's dispel 2 myths: A) Sturdiness & Stability: If the bench is assembled correctly and the bolts are properly tightened, this bench is ROCK SOLID! If it's loose in any meaningful way, that's user error. This bench provides the most idiot proof assembly instructions ever -- follow them. B) Capability: Some say this bench is only for shorter people. Not true! Again, if properly assembled and properly adjusted, this bench should very comfortably handle users well beyond 6 feet tall for low back extensions, sit-ups & crunches. 2) Deficiencies: A) Size: At 5'9", this bench has no size related deficiencies for me. But, for anybody over 6' tall, your head may not be supported when/if you use this for dumbbell bench presses. In that regard, it might be nice if the bench were about 6" longer. But, then, some would complain that the bench takes up too much space. Can't please everyone. B) Ease of Use: The pin used to adjust the angle of the bench is a bit difficult to set -- mostly at the upper & lower extremes. It's not a big deal. But, it detracts from the ease of use factor.
