Does anyone know how to use this? am i right to think you need to select a program then increase the speed. what should it be on ? thank you 🙌

Instructions are not clear . But if you press the bottom button under the start button you can select the speed . I start on program 1 and warm up to higher programs . Iv not worked out how to get it to go into English on start up . But it is a fab device .

What is the top speed of the machine

Difficult to measure ,but very high tension. Great workout.youl feel it alright .but build gradually

Is it possible to stand on the plate in bare feet? It looks a bit knobbly and uncomfortable?
